The VPC – for Voice Processing Center – 100 system caters for up to 100 users and features integrated telephone answering and voicemail support. The basic system is designed to address three common problems faced in business today: telephone answering, message taking and information exchange between employees. The system enables telephones to be answered with messages taken when a line is busy or unanswered; voice messages to be exchanged; the set-up of mailboxes. There are also three optional software packages. First, Automated Attendant is designed to help eliminate the bottleneck of calls and provides 24-hour call coverage. Call Processing enables the user company to set up customised single digit menus that route callers to predefined extensions, voice mailboxes or recorded information. And Advanced Voicemail is designed to give users greater flexibility and control in sending and receiving recorded spoken messages. Pricing begins at $13,500.
