Oblix’s NetPoint access control software will integrate with Active Directory down to the API level, the firm said. Integration with Windows 2003 Authorization Server will also be possible.
The two companies will also do some joint sales and marketing work as part of the deal, and Oblix has joined the Microsoft-backed Web Services Interoperability consortium, which works on standard ways for web services to work together.
