Nynex Corp has had a remarkably productive trek around Europe, and having lined up collaborations with France Telecom, Telefonica de Espana SA, the Netherlands PTT and Scandinavian Telecommunications Services – not to mention Nippon Telegraph & Telephone Corp in Japan – the New York and New England phone company has reached Italy, winning an agreement with Stet SpA for joint marketing and technical studies and exchange of personnel.
