Nucleus’s FinnOne product goes live at Bank Internasional Indonesia

Nucleus has said that its FinnOne has supported the bank with its customer acquisition system (CAS) module to automate loan processes for small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

According to Nucleus, Bank Internasional Indonesia (BII) chose its FinnOne CAS to provide support on customer acquisition for SME so as to increase the applications sourced per day and streamline processes for customers. This service will help speed up BII’s loan business making it one of key players in SME business in Indonesia.

The FinnOne will help the bank efficiently manage its credit; risk management and SME finance operations across Indonesia and provide greater turnaround time, credit scoring and targeted funding for SMEs, said Nucleus.

Sukatmo Padmosukarso, deputy president director of BII, said: By implementing Customer Acquisition System provided by Nucleus, our SME loan processing nation wide can be executed through the system. The usage of CAS will increase efficiency particularly for loan proposed from the branches outside Jakarta regions. As SME sector is one of the bank’s target business segments, CAS implementation will support the growth in this sector.
