NOW DPCE BUYS EAST COAST END OF GLOBAL-ULTIMACC

Third party computer maintenance pioneer DPCE Holdings Plc is on an acquisition binge in the US, and following December’s purchase of Systec Inc (CI No 589), the company has agreed to acquire the eastern seaboard customer base of the former Storage Technology systems house Global Ultimacc Systems Inc for $1m – $450,000 of the total being for computer equipment and spares. DPCE paid $450,000 in December, and will pay the balance this month.
