The claims and counter claims in the pending patent infringement lawsuit between rival push technology specialists Marimba Inc and Novadigm Inc look set to continue as Novadigm chief executive and chairman, Albion Fitzgerald rebuffed the latest round of comments made by Kim Polese, his opposite number at Marimba, in which she described the suit as frivolous and baseless (CI No 3,235).
