NORTHGATE COMPUTER SERVICES ACQUIRES 75% OF NEW COMPANY FORMED FROM TI GROUP INFORMATION & COMPUTING CENTRE

By CBR Staff Writer

In a management buyout that sounds more like a takeover, Northgate Computer Services Ltd of London is acquiring 75% of a new company formed out of the TI Group Information & Computing Centre in Aldridge, Staffordshire: the price paid for the UKP3m-a-year IBM 4381 shop that provides services to TI Group Plc companies as well as doing manufacturing systems and consultancy, was UKP300,000; it now becomes Timegate Computer Systems Ltd with the management and staff holding 25%.
