Northern Telecom Ltd reports a $20m contract to supply a digital cellular network equipment to Colombia’s Occel consortium of companies, which includes Cable & Wireless Plc, Empresas Publicas de Medellin,Empresa Regional de Telefonos de Cali and other local investors.
