Northern Telecom Ltd has formed a new Northern Telecom World Trade unit to oversee international operations and made Desmond Hudson its president: the new unit will oversee the company’s European and Asian subsidiaries, including its relationship with its 27.5% investment STC Plc; Hudson moves over from the presidency of Northern Telecom Inc.
