DNA capitalizes on Open Solutions’ universal data model and design and its client-centric processes, while enhancing workflow, flexibility, navigation and productivity. Built on a centralized Oracle relational database, the solution provides the flexibility necessary for running a service-oriented financial institution.
DNA is available as an in-house or outsourced solution, it helps credit unions streamline both front- and back-office processes and creates a centralized view of members, employees and business partners.
In addition to DNA, Northern Credit Union also purchased Open Solutions’ cView (CRM/business intelligence), ProfitVision, voice response unit/telephone banking and its financial accounting suite, which includes general ledger, accounts payable, fixed-asset management and asset-liability management solutions.
