Nokia has filed an application for listing of the new shares on the Helsinki Exchanges together with listing at the New York, Frankfurt, London, Paris and Stockholm Stock Exchanges later this year.
The share subscriptions relate to the decision by Nokia to acquire Amber Networks. Part of the agreement in the takeover was a part payment for Amber in stock of the new owners.
