Nokia will supply T-Mobile with 3G infrastructure on all its European networks, including the UK’s One2One. Given that T-Mobile is one of Europe’s largest mobile operators, the revenue potential from the contract is large.
Although the companies did not give out price details or equipment specifications, they plan to begin implementing the first phase of the agreement in the near future.
