The package outfits the user’s home with a wireless internet bundle accessible anywhere on the property with a Wi-Fi or Bluetooth enable tablet PC, or mobile device.
The internet tablet featured in the bundle is Nokia’s 770 model running on the Linux operating system. It will come with the Opera web browser, email client, news reader and media players for listening to music and watching videos.
Nokia says that the concept has already awakened interest in the open source community with numerous developers having created over 100 applications for the device.
