Nokia has postponed the release date of its long awaited Lumia 1520 smartphone to October.
The smartphone, earlier codenamed as Bandit, was expected to be unveiled on September 26, but new reports suggest the company has pushed back the release date to October 22.
Nokia’s Lumia 1520 is expected to feature a six-inch touchscreen display with 1920x1080px resolution.
The phablet is expected to be powered by a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor along with Adreno 330 Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) that offer better graphics experience.
Expected to run on the Windows Phone 8 operating system’s GDR3 update, the phone would feature 2GB RAM, 32GB internal storage capacity and the 2MP secondary camera.
Features of the new phablet are expected to include a 20MP PureView camera with Carl Zeiss lens, dual-LED flash and 4G LTE network support.
