Business intelligence (BI) software and services firm Noetix has introduced a new packaged analytics application, Analytics 5.2.

The new release is designed to provide business users with strategic reporting for trending and analysis based on information from multiple data sources.

Noetix Analytics 5.2 includes several technology enhancements including high availability data marts for reporting and new key performance indicators such as cash-conversion cycle.

Enhancement include Data marts for Incentive Compensation which helps in analysis of sales and commissions, identification of sales managers and development of strategies for maximising sales.

New data marts for Depot Repair will help customers identify trends in repair activities and ensure that repairs are timely and efficient while the new data marts for Service Contracts allow reporting to manage customer service obligations and analyse service contract trends.

The new release includes a new operational data store (ODS) and extract, transform, load (ETL) for salesforce.com. It also features a Working Capital module that includes relationship sets that help customers improve their working capital efficiency and accelerate cash-conversion cycles.

Release 5.2 supports near real-time reporting of information in Oracle Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA) and for Receivables, Payables and Projects. It also supports Oracle Financial Statement Generator (FSG) for Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.

The new release supports addition of calculated fields in relationship sets, publishing or suppressing metadata via Noetix Generator and Noetix Search.

It also provides 24×7 availability of data marts, even while data is being loaded, certification of Informatica PowerCenter 9.0.1 and enhanced administration documentation with a new section on maintaining Noetix Analytics environments for optimum performance.

Organisations can now use Noetix Analytics in conjunction with their existing business intelligence and reporting tools from Oracle BI EE, Oracle Discoverer, IBM Cognos, SAP BusinessObjects and Microsoft BI.
