NMW COMPUTERS APPLIES TO MOVE TO FULL LIST ON STOCK EXCHANGE

By CBR Staff Writer

NMW Computers Plc accompanied some very healthy 1986 figures (see Company Results, page 5) with plans for a two-for-one scrip issue to increase marketability of its shares, and an application to move up to the Full List of the London Stock Exchange from the Unlisted Securities Market – from June 1: NMW completely renewed its computers during the year, installing two ICL 39/30s and a 39/20, and set up its UK-wide packet-switched network; it is now negotiating with information providers to put value-added services up on the network.
