NM Incite, a company belonging to Nielsen/McKinsey, said it deployed its latest version of uberVU powered BuzzMetrics Exchange, its enterprise social media management platform.

The latest version of the popular platform renders language detection support for over 50 languages, better collaboration and workflow and city-level geolocation capabilities.

NM Incite has been collaborating with uberVU, a social intelligence platform, since the third quarter of 2011 to provide a social media management and engagement platform, BuzzMetrics Exchange, for NM Incite’s clients.

BuzzMetrics Exchange provides clients of NM Incite in more than 10 countries access to powerful end-to-end monitoring, analytics, engagement and collaboration tools in one easy-to-use platform.

It facilitates clients direct interaction with consumers who are talking about their brands online.
