NIPPON SOFT BANK JUMPS ONTO STRATEGIC INFORMATION SYSTEMS BANDWAGGON

Nippon Soft Bank, ranked second by revenue in Computerworld Japan’s recent ranking of computer-related marketing companies, has jumped on the current Strategic Information Systems bandwaggon and formed a 100% subsidiary called System Bank which will work on developing networking software for linking mainframes and smaller computers; the new subsidiary expects to have 100 employees and revenue of $3.2m by the end of the financial year.
