NINTENDO’S FAMICON MACHINE HAS PEAKED AND GONE OVER THE TOP

By CBR Staff Writer

Nintendo’s Famicon Family Computer games-playing machine has peaked and gone over the top, reports Newsbytes – but while 1987 sales are expected to run out to just half the 1986 figure, that still means some 2m units, more than the Japanese sales of all other personal computers combined, taking the total since launch in 1983 to 15m Famicons.
