NINTENDO PLAN A SUBSIDIARY IN HONG KONG

Nintendo Co Ltd will set up a subsidiary in Hong Kong by the end of May, to control the company’s production in China: Nintendo currently produces portable Game Boy machines in China for export and will also start producing 16-bit machines there by the end of this month; Nintendo (Hong Kong) Ltd will be capitalised at $390,000.
