Nippon Kogaku KK, much better known under its Nikon trade name, plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Nikon Precision Europe GmbH in Dusseldorf, West Germany, to market semiconductor production equipment in Europe: the subsidiary is capitalised at about $600,000.
