Ericsson had already begun work on the network, for the state owned group, Nitel, and the Nigerian Minister of Communications Bello Mohammed and Ericsson’s Marketing Manager Elie Bejjani signed the contract.
Nigerian government signs Ericsson contract
The Nigerian government has finally signed a $39 million contract with Ericsson for the supply, installation and commissioning of 118,000 GSM lines in the country.
