NextWave will be released from bankruptcy, due for October 30th. Although the court decreed that this measure would not benefit the company’s plans for its network rollout. It still has to unearth $4.2 billion for the licenses it bought and finance the network rollout. The company is due to return to court next week, to formally present the case for release them from bankruptcy.
