NEW PC-DOS 3.4 WITH GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACE FROM IBM

As we told subscribers last week, on the software front, June 2 is also expected to see launch from IBM of PC-DOS 3.4 with a graphical user interface and support for up to 512Mb of disk (CI No 933): this version won’t be available from Microsoft, but anyone should be able to get it, so long as their clone’s BIOS can stand the new version, because IBM makes PC-DOS widely available to retail outlets.
