NETWORTH REPURCHASE SHARES

Irving, Texas-based NetWorth Inc has repurchased 1.6m shares of its common from Ungermann-Bass Inc for $12.50 a share but the Tandem Computers Inc unit remains NetWorth’s largest shareholder, keeping 1.2m.
