Smoothstone and Masergy have directly interconnected their private networks to ensure optimal voice quality and security for their customers.

The alliance with Smoothstone is expected to give Masergy customers the ability to purchase local and long distance voice services in 8,000 domestic rate centers and a full suite of on demand business communications applications including hosted call center solution, disaster recovery call routing, voice recording, and interactive applications.
