OSI Restaurant Partners selects AT&T for voice services

UAT&T has signed a two-year contract with the US-based OSI Restaurant Partners, to provide AT&T Business Network Voice Access service to approximately 1,200 OSI locations, including at Outback Steakhouse, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Bonefish Grill, Roy's and Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar restaurants.

AT&T’s Business Network voice solution is expected to help the restaurant group to control cost of long distance service. The solution will further allow OSI to integrate additional communications and network services from AT&T in the future.

Dusty Williams, chief information officer at OSI, said: We were looking for a way to control costs and increase efficiency, because margins in the casual-dining market are tight. AT&T’s Business Network voice solution will help us enhance productivity and maintain the velocity of communications required to keep our restaurants connected and running.
