Law Offices of Howard G Smith has filed a securities class action lawsuit on behalf of all purchasers of the securities of Harris Stratex Networks between January 29, 2007 and July 30, 2008, including shareholders of Stratex Networks, who exchanged shares of Stratex Networks, for shares of Harris Stratex pursuant to the company's registration statement or prospectus that became effective from January 8, 2007.

Harris Stratex Networks is a US-based supplier of wireless network solutions and network management software.

The class action lawsuit was filed in the US District Court for the District of Delaware. The complaint alleges that the defendants violated federal securities laws by issuing material misrepresentations to the market concerning Harris Stratex’s business and financial performance, thereby artificially inflating the price of Harris Stratex securities.
