Network Systems Corp, Excelan Inc, and Wellfleet Communications Inc have announced a strategic venture covering a number of the companies’ networking products. Under the agreement – announced at the Communications Network ’89 Show – Network Systems, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota will market under its own name products manufactured by Excelan and Wellfleet; the products will be sold and serviced by Network Systems as the LAN II product line.
