Netviewer launches new version of web conference offering

Supports audio conferencing via VoIP under MacOS

By CBR Staff Writer

European web collaboration offerings provider Netviewer has expanded its product range for Mac users with its new version of web conference offering, which now supports audio conferencing via Voice over IP (VoIP) under MacOS, in addition to high-quality webcam video transmission of the conference participants.

Customers can now download Version 6.1.1 of Meet for MacOS from the MyNetviewer portal. The offering is available as software-as-a-service.

Netviewer CSO Jörg Mayer said that with the new version of Netviewer Meet for MacOS, they are responding to the needs of many of our customers and offering Mac users a powerful offering for professional web conferences.

"As announced at this year’s CeBIT trade show, we will be offering our ongoing product improvements concurrently for all supported operating systems and Mac users are of major strategic importance for us," Mayer said.
