Netron Inc, the software division of Toronto-based Noma Industries Ltd, has added IBM DOS/VSE mainframes to the environments in which version 2.03 of its Netron/Cap development system for personal computers can operate: with this version a user can also develop applications for DEC VAX/VMS, Wang VS machines, and for MS-DOS, as well as gaining enhanced Cobol devlopment, added diagnostic capabilities, and new standard frames for menu generation; prices start at $20,800 per user for a five-terminal licence and go down to $3,500 per user for an 80 terminal licence, and prices include a rewritten and expanded reference manual!
