NetManage Inc, Cupertino supplier of TCP/IP for Windows applications and Internet communications software, has definitive agreement to acquire AGE Logic Inc, San Diego developer of X Window System server emulation software for iAPX-86 and Macintosh personal computers in a share swap. NetManage asserts that the agreement highlights its commitment to the corporate Internet by delivering commercial office productivity applications and access to major business applications under Unix; terms undisclosed.
