Compatible with laptops featuring Intel Wireless Display and 2010 Intel Core Processor family

By CBR Staff Writer

Netgear, a provider of networking and storage products, has partnered with Intel to launch ‘Push2TV’, a new TV adapter that enables consumers to display their entire laptop computer screens on their big screen HDTVs.

Netgear said that the new adapter is compatible with select laptops that features Intel Wireless Display and powered by the 2010 Intel Core Processor family.

The company said that ‘Push2TV’ offers an extension of the browsing and viewing experience on the PC and addresses the problem of restricted website access or file format playback .

It combines both Netgear’s and Intel’s technology and allows users to wirelessly access any media files on a laptop or on other devices on a home network.
