Ness Technologies, a provider of IT services, and Insead, a graduate business school, have signed a multi-year contract for outsourcing of IT services.
Under terms of the agreement, Ness Technologies will provide IT services to assist Insead in optimizing operational costs and improve overall IT services in order to yield benefits for the school’s IT investments. As part of that process, Ness will help Insead standardize technology across its locations in Abu Dhabi, Fontainebleau, New York, Singapore, and Tel Aviv.
Ness Technologies said that the scope of services will include provisioning of an operations center and network services, application development, and onsite support. The engagement will largely be driven out of Singapore with onsite teams in each of the locations.
Karl Reisinger, chief information officer of Insead, said: Partnering with Ness optimizes our IT cost structure while improving access to diverse expertise. This partnership with Ness is paving the way to introduce innovative technologies, solutions and processes in Insead. A global footprint, proven competence in a variety of skill-sets and an agility that complements changing market demand made Ness the right choice to reach our short- and long-term objectives to position Insead as the Business School for the world.
