NEC UPS VIDEOLOGIC STAKE

UK-based graphics chip designer VideoLogic Group Plc has received a $2.2m investment from NEC Corp. VideoLogic will issue 2.3 million new common shares at a price of 56.5 pence ($0.95). The new investment gives NEC an additional 1.5% of VideoLogic, taking its total stake to 3.5%.
