In August NEC will release a small facsimile extension for cellular car telephone: the FAX R-10 will take paper up to B4 size, measures 13 by 13 by 2.5 and weighs just over 13 lbs, and sends or receives an A4 page in about 40 seconds; NEC hopes to sell 100 a month from the off, at about $3,500 a throw.
