NEC SEEKS TEMPORARY INJUNCTION AGAINST SEIKO EPSON

NEC Corp is seeking a temporary injunction against Seiko Epson Corp to restrain it from marketing its PC 286 personal computer and HDD-20 interface board which are compatible with NEC’s million-selling 9800 series personals, alleging infringement of NEC software copyrights.
