London W3-based NEC UK Ltd has introduced a new range of Multisync monitors comprising two 15, one 17 and a 21 monitor: the 15 Multisync 3FG is the entry level monitor that connects to the majority of personal computers and Apple Mackintoshes that support VGA to the new extended super VGA standard; the 5FG offers AccuColor, enabling the user to adjust colours and store the settings; the 17 Multisync 5FG and 21 6FG have VGA, Apple Macintosh and five BNC connectors and can connect to any MS-DOS machine or Apple Macintosh; the 6FG is enhanced by NEC’s fullscan that offers edge to edge image display; NEC claim the monitors offer a clearer, crisper image with flatter, squarer screens; it also touts the health aspects of the monitors, claiming they give out smaller radiation emissions in accordance with safety regulations; the 3FG costs UKP600, the 4FG UKP750, the 5FG UKP1,370 and the 6FG UKP2,500.
