NCH Software – a provider of audio, video and telephony/VoIP tools and utilities – has unveiled a new interactive telephone system, IVM.
NCH Software claims that its new system offers an array of applications that is expected to create a customised phone system. Its features include: voicemail to unlimited number of people, an auto attendant to direct incoming calls, and making automated outbound calls.
The web console, along with an internet connection, allows users to check voicemail, view logs, and restart the IVR server from a remote location.
Jennifer Saksa, marketing manager of NCH Software, said: NCH continues to focus on our end users and making sure IVM worked in a way that was not only convenient for them, but easy-to-understand.
Businesses use IVM in all different ways, so providing an interactive voice response system, which is usually complex, in a format that could be easily followed was key.
