Navy Army Federal Credit Union Renews Contract With Fiserv

To provide account processing services

By CBR Staff Writer

Fiserv, the provider of financial services technology solutions, has announced that Texas-based Navy Army Federal Credit Union, has renewed its contract for account processing with Fiserv.

Reportedly, the renewed Navy Army agreement includes new software, services and development from Fiserv including solutions for online banking, bill payment, wire transfer and fraud and risk. The company has said that since 1992, the credit union has relied on its DataSafe account processing system.

Sarah O’Brien, executive vice president and chief operating officer for Navy Army FCU, said: “Not only can Fiserv address our evolving data processing needs, they also are a consultant and partner to enable us to continue growing. And with the new services we added– like a sophisticated online banking package and the efficient WireXchange tool–we knew we would gain more from expanding our Fiserv relationship than making a change.”
