NATIONAL COMPUTING CENTRE TO EXPAND MANCHESTER HQ

The European Investment Bank has loaned UKP1.5m to the National Computing Centre to help with expansion of its headquarters in Manchester: the loan will be repaid over 15 years and is to finance a new building to house 200 staff and their equipment; the NCC reported a UKP615,000 annual surplus this April.
