NASHUA TO PAY ROYALTIES ON FLOPPY DISK MEDIA IN RESPECT OF AN IBM PATENT

IBM has won a decision that may mean Nashua Corp must pay it several million dollars in royalties on floppy disk media in respect of an IBM patent: Nashua reckoned that it had found a way round the patent.
