Remote monitoring and management applications provider N-able Technologies has launched a new customisable strategic RMM reporting tool, Report Manager 3.2.
The new tool provides MSPs with instant insight into the IT infrastructures of their small-and-midsize business (SMB) customers while demonstrating the value of their IT services to executive-level audiences.
The new software offers a design environment in which MSPs can design data to create their own visual reports and also aggregates strategic-level IT performance data to drive more informed IT planning and decision-making.
Report Manager 3.2 is integrated at both the data and user interface level with the N-central 8.2 RMM automation platform, providing MSPs with a single, consolidated management capability to customise and generate an extensive range of IT performance reports.
The new software provides maximum reusability of objects that are data linked with the help of pre-built templates and pre-configured ‘report part’ modules that can be dragged and dropped onto reports.
It also includes pre-populated charts and gauges to accelerate and simplify reporting.
The RMM reporting tool gives MSPs tight control over the type and granularity of report content, and the ability to generate customised executive-level reports.
