MSN EXPANDS INTO 24 MORE INTERNATIONAL MARKETS

Microsoft Corp is promising to have MSN portal available in 24 more countries and regions and 13 languages around the world by the year-end. It currently has local MSN sites for seven countries, in North America, Europe, Australia and Japan. The new sites will server Asia, Africa, Europe and Latin America. In addition to customized news, sport, weather and so on, Microsoft will, during the first half of next year, begin offering localized versions of HotMail, WebSearch, communities and messenger services.
