Since founding MSL in 1994, Melia has grown the Company to $1.8B, securing a place as one of the ten largest providers in the EMS industry worldwide. An independent panel of judges will announce regional Entrepreneurs Of The Year at the 15th Annual Entrepreneur Of The Year Awards banquet on Thursday, June 21, at the Boston Park Plaza Hotel.

In November, New England’s award winners will compete with winners in 46 other regions for national awards at the National Entrepreneur Of The Year Conference in Palm Springs, California. Past New England regional award recipients who have won national awards include Jerry Greenfield and Ben Cohen of Ben & Jerry’s, Jim Koch of Boston Beer Company, Leon Gorman of L.L. Bean Inc., Patricia Gallup of PC Connection, Ray Sozzi of Student Advantage LLC, George Hatsopoulos of Thermo Electron Corporation, and Michael Kittredge of Yankee Candle Co., Inc. among others. The New England Entrepreneur Of The Year Awards program was founded in 1987.
