MOTOROLA TO PROVIDE COMMUNICATIONS SYSTEM TO MICHIGAN

Motorola Inc is to provide an Astro two-way digital communications system to the state of Michigan, which it hopes will generate more than $180m in revenues over the period of the installation; the system is not due to be completed until 1998.
