MOTOROLA TO DOUBLE EUROBUSINESS BY 1992

Motorola Inc has appointed Gerhard Schulmeyer executive vice president for Europe, and he has leaped straight into top gear, laying plans to double the company’s European business from last year’s $1,200m by 1992. Banking and telecommunications are high on his list of priorities for fast growth.
