MOTOROLA INCREASES STAKE IN STRATACOM

Motorola Inc has agreed to increase its stake in privately-held StrataCom Inc, Campbell, California to 20% from 8% on undisclosed terms: the company makes communications equipment for the financial services and other similar industries.
