MOTOROLA HITS AT NOKIA PHONES

Motorola Inc has complained to the US International Trade Commission and the US District Court in Chicago that cellular and portable telephones from Nokia Mobira Oy – sold inter alia by Tandy Corp – infringe its patents. It is seeking to stop US sales of the phones – made mainly in South Korea, also saying they are sold at unfairly low prices.
