MOTHERWELL ACQUIRES SERVICES COMPANY, TTGI

By CBR Staff Writer

Technology Transfer Group Inc, the Escondido, California-based services company founded by the original Gembase development team, has been acquired by Motherwell Information Systems North America, on undisclosed terms. TTGI, founded in 1993, concentrates on services, training and software components for Ross Systems Inc’s Renaissance CS applications and Gembase rapid applications development tool. Motherwell, from Overland Park in Kansas, also provides services and product extensions for Renaissance, and had been teaming up with TTGI on several projects. MIS-NA is the US subsidiary of Motherwell Information Systems Ltd, the UK services company based in Sutherland, which has around 650 staff worldwide. The new acquisition takes the company’s North American operational staff to over 100.
